Kemal Vukelj is a longtime New York City property manager who oversees all aspects of rental building operations. He coordinates with tenants and staff, and performs necessary maintenance, including installation of a building-wide sprinkler system. He has overseen the build-out of offices to tenants specifications, as well as six-floor renovations for large companies. Kemal Vukelj has also successfully negotiated leases that brought a pair of major restaurants into the building.
Mr. Vukelj’s background includes serving as director of engineering and maintenance with Carnegie Hotel and Linen Service in the Bronx. He was tasked with maintaining existing machinery at the 400-employee facility, as well as planning future expansion for a company that works with major luxury hotels across Manhattan. His work experience extends back to the mid-1980s and a formative position with Fred Smith Plumbing and Heating.
Mr. Vukelj is a photography enthusiast who enjoys capturing images with traditional film. He also excels at creating 35mm black-and-white photos. His other hobbies include sports such as soccer and basketball, as well as playing chess.
